Just an update for your files. Your 25 (23) MOA base & my Mark IV (medium) rings are mounted on my Tikka Master Sporter. The Bushnell Elite 4200 6-24X40mm (1/8 clicks)is mounted. I did get a 200yd zero - it is 10 clicks off the bottom. The scope has a total adjustment of 26MOA (just over 210 clicks). My 100yd zero is a 1 MILDOT hold-under. Lots of room under the scope & 4" sunshade. I'm happy! Here's a target photo.
